7 Fishing Rods Retailers Should Keep Stocked in 2024
by RepSpark Team on June 11, 2024
Sales for durable fishing goods, which includes rods & reels, were down 2.8% last year in 2023, according to a report from the American Sportfishing Association (ASA), one of our proud partners.
However, thanks to a 0.5% increase in consumable fishing lures, overall fishing sales were only down by 0.2% in 2023 year-over-year, according to that same report.
This slight decrease appeared to not worry independent fishing retailers too much, as the majority of the independent fishing retailers that the ASA surveyed said they would be ordering the same, or more, product in 2024 compared to 2023.
So, to ensure that fishing retailers stock up on rods that will sell, let’s take a look at seven of the best rods in 2024 that retailers should keep an eye on.
We researched several fishing review sites along with average review scores throughout multiple retail sites to help us compile our list.
