The team at Turtleson saw RepSpark Community as a must-have to remain competitive in their market.

Additionally, since joining RepSpark, Turtleson has been able to provide some relief for their customer service team. The RepSpark platform has helped reduce the number of questions that Turtleson’s Customer Service team gets about inventory availability and order requests. 

RepSpark’s integration with ERPs provide live inventory updates for buyers. Our platform also offers several ways to showcase products to buyers (Digital Catalogs, Custom Assortments, Microsites, and more), along with several ways for them to pay for them directly within the platform. 


The Challenges Turtleson Faced

  • Competitor Edge: Without a B2B platform, Turtleson was at a disadvantage compared to competitors offering similar capabilities.
  • Operational Efficiency: Limited ability to take re-orders or special orders efficiently.

Their prior software had the core features and services they required to operate their wholesale operations, but it lacked a marketplace where their brand would be exposed to interested buyers. 

“Our primary challenge was that we didn’t have an efficient way to represent our product line and related availability to our customers. We wanted customers to be able to see our inventory and place orders against it at their will.  [RepSpark’s B2B tools] and Community visibility provided a great solution for us,” said Plate. 

Not having a B2B platform limited Turtleson’s ability to take re-orders or special orders efficiently.

Another challenge that Turtleson faced was the lack of clarity for their reps and buyers. The Turtleson team wanted their buyers to have better access to the status of their orders and invoices.
